Why should I upgrade?

Additionally, R-410A, the standard refrigerant used in residential HVAC systems for many years, is being phased down nationwide. As availability decreases, refrigerant costs are expected to rise, making major repairs more expensive. As of 2025, manufacturers are transitioning to newer, more environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R-454B and R-32, which have a significantly lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). Upgrading now can help you avoid rising repair costs and ensure your system meets current standards.

What is included in a typical installation?

Every installation is customized to meet your home’s specific needs. Our experienced technicians will listen carefully to your concerns, evaluate your current system, and provide options designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability. We ensure proper sizing, professional installation, and thorough system testing so your new HVAC system performs at its best from day one. Most installations are completed within one day.

Do you Offer Financing?

Yes. Our preferred financing partner is Synchrony. Financing through Synchrony allows us to offer convenient monthly payment options to fit your budget. Because we are partnered directly with Synchrony, we are unable to process financing through other third-party lenders. 

Do new systems come with a warranty?

Yes. Most manufacturers provide a 10-year warranty on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts when the system is properly registered.
Systems installed by Freedom A/C also include:

  • A 1-year labor warranty
  • A free one-year service plan
  • Optional 10-year labor warranty upgrades for additional peace of mind
What options are available for regular maintenance?

Freedom A/C offers convenient monthly or annual maintenance plans starting as low as $13.25 per month. Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your system, improve energy efficiency, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and keep manufacturer warranties active. By signing up, you’ll receive two comprehensive maintenance visits per year at no additional charge, preferred scheduling for faster service, 10% off repairs, and no additional charge for service calls—a savings of $99. Our plans are designed to keep your system running efficiently and give you peace of mind year-round.

What is the difference between Service and Maintenance?

Service is performed when your system has a problem. Our team diagnoses and repairs issues quickly, restoring comfort to your home and getting your system back to peak performance. Maintenance is preventive care for your HVAC system. Our technicians perform regular inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups to keep your system running efficiently, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and extend its lifespan.
